With over 15 years in brand and operations management, plus her earlier role as a partner in a body care brand, she’s no stranger to navigating the fast-moving, detail-driven world of beauty.

Her journey into wellness began in her 30s, when she made intentional changes in what she ate, how she lived, and how she cared for herself. That shift became the foundation for her leadership at Furcy; where beauty, longevity, and intention are intertwined.

Leadership
Beatrice leads with a blend of structure and intuition. She’s meticulous  the kind of leader who believes in doing things right, not just fast  and her ability to anticipate issues before they arise keeps operations running smoothly. But just as importantly, she nurtures both the people and the process, ensuring every decision reflects the brand’s heart.

For Beatrice, keeping production close to home is about integrity and quality. “It means I can stand behind every step of the process,” she says. Producing in the U.S. may come with higher costs, but it also ensures speed to market, strong supplier partnerships, and unwavering standards.

Staying Connected to Furcy’s Heart
Beatrice’s bond with Furcy is personal. The brand’s hero ingredient, the Djon Djon mushroom, is part of her own heritage  a food and wellness staple from her childhood, introduced to her by her grandmother, a community “leaf doctor.” This early exposure to the healing power of plants still guides her work today.

On Advice for Future Leaders
