Shipping policy

At Furcy Botanik, we take great care in processing and shipping every order to ensure it arrives safely, beautifully packaged, and on time. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

We currently ship within the United States, with plans to expand internationally in the near future. If you’re located outside the U.S., we encourage you to sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Standard shipping (3 to 7 business days) is complimentary on all U.S. orders over $75. Expedited shipping options are also available and calculated at checkout. Please note that delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays beyond our control.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, all orders are packaged using recyclable, compostable, or reusable materials. We also partner with carriers that offer carbon-neutral delivery options, helping to reduce the environmental impact of every shipment.

If your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please reach out to us at info@furcybotanik.com within 3 business days of the delivery date. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly and thoughtfully.
