How do I track my order?

You will receive an email and SMS by the shipping company with an estimated delivery date and tracking number.

How can I check the status of my order?

After an order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. A tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped. 

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

Only one promo code is permitted.

How do I apply a promotional code to my order?

Enter your promotional code in the Promotional Field in your cart before check out.

Can I cancel my order?

Please email info@furcybotanik.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accomodate your request.

Where do you ship?

We ship within the 48 United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship to any of the US territories (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Guam)

How long will it take to receive my online order?

Delivery time within the United States will vary depending on the shipping method that you will choose. Note that during holidays, this time may vary. Please read our Shipping Policy for more information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return products?

Yes, you can return products within 15 days of purchase. We do not accept returns on used products. Only items purchased on Furcybotanik.com can be returned. Items purchased from another retailer are not eligible for a refund.

Can I exchange an item for something else?

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges on any items.
